Shipping and Returns

All orders ship via USPS first-class mail.  As order size and weight increases, we will utilize USPS Priority Mail or FedEx Ground.

All Credit Card orders will ship within 48 hours of order placement.  We strive for a 24-hr turnaround, but due to holidays and volume this is not always feasible.  When your order is turned over to the shipping carrier, you will receive a second e-mail with tracking information.  This tracking information will also be available in your account on the website.

Due to sanitary and health reasons, all e-liquids are sold as-is with no refunds, returns, or exchanges possible.  If there is a problem with your liquid when it arrives, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery at info@highmountainmist.com.

We want to see you as a customer enjoying your purchase from us, and will do what we can to make it right.  If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact us via the information at the bottom of your screen.

For packages shipped via USPS Priority Mail: this service usually delivers to the continental United States in 2-3 business days.  This is merely a delivery estimate and not a guarantee.  The USPS refers to these shipping services by the estimated days (Priority 1-day, 2-day, or 3-day) -- however, this is merely an estimate.  We have seen packages take much longer than estimated to arrive due to errors by USPS.  

Once you have received a tracking number in your account, we have shipped your package.  We cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen, or mis-delivered mail.  We ship to the address provided by you, and pay the USPS or FedEx to deliver the package to that address.  

We insure all of our packages for the full retail value of the shipment.  If there is an issue with your package delivery (lost, damaged, etc) please contact us at info@highmountainmist.com so we can file a claim and get your issue resolved.
